As the Financial Analyst you will report to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, and will be responsible for working with key department executives and their staff. Youll play a key role in creating and updating our budgets and forecasts, analyzing company performance, and working on special projects from the CEO, CFO, and the Board. In this role, you will partner closely with the HR department, advising on resource allocation, departmental staffing, and budgeting. This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, superb analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally. This position promises valuable exposure to the financial operations of a public SaaS company, and comes with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in ZoomInfos continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner heavily with stakeholders across the company, their operations teams, and HR business partners to forecast and execute workforce planning
- Develop and lead the creation and review of monthly forecast versus actuals presentations, including deep dive reviews, insights, and recommendations
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly forecasts in close partnership with individual business units, incorporating their unique requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to identify and solve business problems
- Take on a wide array of special projects and succinctly communicate the results to an executive audience
- Apply experience working with financial statements and accounting in order to develop and fine-tune P&L, balance sheet, cash flow modeling, and GL review
- Proactively identify opportunities for change, process improvement, and system enhancements
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of strong analytic experience in financial planning / business analysis role or bachelors degree in business, economics, finance or accounting required
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Advanced Powerpoint skills are required
