We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our growing Field Marketing team. With 2-4 years of hands-on ABM experience, you will play a key role in developing and executing targeted ABM campaigns designed to engage and influence high-value accounts across multiple regions (U.S. & EMEA). This role requires a deep understanding of multi-threaded ABM strategies, combining personalized digital and paid media tactics, alongside close collaboration with SDRs to optimize outbound sales efforts.
You will help build scalable ABM processes, leveraging both traditional and digital channels, while aligning with Field Marketing to drive measurable business outcomes and ensure smooth execution of campaigns. What Youll Do:
ABM Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to align on Target Account List (TAL) strategies and ensure ABM initiatives are effectively executed in key markets (U.S. & EMEA)
- Work closely with SDRs to create and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns, ensuring that sales outreach is aligned with personalized marketing efforts
- Design and support the execution of multi-threaded ABM tactics, ensuring a coordinated approach across digital and paid media channels, direct outreach, and SDR-driven sales touchpoints
Campaign Activation & Management:
- Help develop and implement personalized outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that align with ABM targets and support SDRs in account engagement
- Create targeted content such as microsites, landing pages, and digital assets that resonate with decision-makers across various accounts, tailored to specific industry pain points and business goals
- Support SDRs by designing and executing digital touchpoints that align with sales outreach efforts and increase engagement within target accounts
Paid Media Support:
- Execute paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, display) for target accounts, with a focus on account-specific content and audience segmentation
- Provide support in ensuring that paid media efforts complement SDR outreach, offering air cover through retargeting and account-specific ads to reinforce sales messages and increase account engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Field Marketing to ensure ABM campaigns are fully aligned with overall go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement efforts and regional execution.
- Work closely with SDRs to share insights, refine account targeting, and optimize joint outreach efforts for maximum engagement and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with MOPS/Analytics to refine ABM processes, ensure accurate tracking of account engagement metrics, and optimize campaign performance for both marketing and sales development teams
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and track key ABM KPIs such as account engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue impact, ensuring alignment with SDR outreach and overall sales objectives
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to both marketing and SDR teams, using data to optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies
- Support the ongoing optimization of ABM strategies based on real-time campaign data, feedback from SDRs, and other key stakeholders
- Use ABM tools such as ZI for ZI, PathFactory, LinkedIn to drive insights, improve targeting, and execute campaigns more effectively
- Ensure marketing technology stack is fully integrated with CRM systems (Salesforce), aligning efforts for greater efficiency and success across marketing and SDR teams
What you Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing or B2B marketing, with specific experience in targeted, personalized campaigns
- Strong understanding of ABM tactics, including 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, paid media strategies, microsites, and outreach sequences
- Proven ability to collaborate with SDRs to optimize joint outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with personalized marketing efforts and sales goals
- Comfortable with multi-threaded campaigns, ensuring that marketing and sales development teams are aligned in their outreach to key accounts
- Experience using ABM platforms such as PathFactory, ZI for ZI, LinkedIn and other digital channels for targeted campaigns
- Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop compelling messaging that resonates with senior-level decision-makers in target accounts
- Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive better sales and marketing outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS, tech, or enterprise B2B environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Experience in a multi-regional ABM program and cross-functional collaboration with Field Marketing and SDRs across regions
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
KPIs & Success Metrics:
- Account Engagement & Penetration: Increase engagement within target accounts and drive deeper penetration
- Pipeline Growth: Help influence pipeline creation and track the impact of ABM campaigns on pipeline and revenue
- ROI: Achieve campaign ROI targets, with a focus on pipeline (20:1) and ACV (5:1)
