How Tech Companies are Celebrating Pride Month 2024 Edition

It's Pride Month! Here is how tech companies are supporting and celebrating LGBTQ+ employees in the workplace during Pride Month 2024.

In support of Pride Month, employees are excited to participate in the North Shore Pride Parade on June 22nd. Vestmark’s Heart of Giving has made a donation to The Trevor Project, a nonprofit organization focused on suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth, and they offer a toll-free telephone number where confidential assistance is provided by trained counselors.

This year, OUT @ Recorded Future aims to achieve global reach. Despite the US-centric nature of D&I and ERG months, our ERG strives to create an inclusive space for all Futurists worldwide. We’ll start the month with a virtual Pride Trivia and go for the crown at Boston For the People's 2nd annual Pride Parade with our ambitious float! In Gothenburg, London, DC, and Tokyo, our ERG has collaborated with regional culture groups to organize lunches, happy hours, and more. Throughout the month, we will share important stories and educational pieces, fostering allyship and a safe space for all.
