VentureFizz Culture Content Certification
It’s typical these days for job seekers to do a tremendous amount of research on a company before they apply for a job. They are looking for information about the company and what it is like to work there.
The content from VentureFizz was built for this purpose, as it educates job seekers about the company, culture, and hiring process. The best part, they are learning this information firsthand from the people who work there.
In addition, the investment in creating this content speaks volumes about how open and transparent the company is about its culture.
Thus, we want to recognize the companies that are providing this meaningful content for job seekers, as it is helpful throughout the full lifecycle of an interview process - from initial research, to interview prep, to the acceptance of an offer.
Announcing… our new program: VentureFizz Culture Content Certification!
This program is a way for companies to get recognized for being open and transparent about their company, culture, and hiring process.
In order for a company to achieve VentureFizz Culture Content Certified status, the company must complete the following:
1. An up-to-date Discover (formerly CxO Briefing) video with someone from the leadership team.
2. A How to Land a Job at video interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition or People team.
3. Completed one of our DEI series: Lead(H)er, Black in Tech, or DEI Spotlight.
4. An up-to-date company profile page on VentureFizz with at least 2 employee testimonials.
Once the company has met all the criteria, they will receive a VentureFizz Culture Content Certified badge that will appear on the company's profile page and jobs on VentureFizz.
Companies who achieve this status can also place this badge on their own website and social channels to showcase this honor.
This is a yearly program, as a lot can change over the course of a year and we want to make sure companies are keeping their content up to date for job seekers.
