Position Title: Senior HR Partner

Quickbase is looking to hire a Senior HR Partner to join our Employee Experience (EX) team reporting to the Vice President, Talent & Enablement. As a key member of our team, you will serve as an employee champion and contribute to positively impacting and continuing to cultivate the employee experience and our culture rooted in an inclusive and high performance-driven culture.
In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering and G&A leaders, along with their respective teams to develop and execute strategies on a wide range of areas such as workforce planning, coaching, engagement, career development that directly link business and people strategies that are grounded in a positive employee experience at Quickbase and cultivate a high-trust, high-performance environment.

This role may require occasional travel to various regional offices and the ability to work across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities – A Day In The Life:
· Coach/Advisor. Partner with senior leaders and mid-level managers to provide HR guidance, coaching, performance management and employee development in partnership with other EX functions. Coach leaders on talent and succession management and how to best to motivate and challenge members of their teams ensuring employee performance, engagement, and accountability. Leverage data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement.
· Business thought leadership. Leverage functional data to identify trends and offer insights and recommend solutions on organizational and people-related strategy to improve performance, retention and employee experience. Lead change management initiatives for function. Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the business. Build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Talent Management & Program Execution. Deliver reoccurring and/or ad hoc HR talent programs and initiatives related to talent management and development, compensation, promotion, and job leveling in partnership with business leaders and EX key stakeholders. May be opportunities to participate or lead functional and cross-functional initiatives.

- Business-minded: you have strong business acumen - you seek to learn and gain an understanding of our business, the product and customers so that you can bring relevant and actionable talent recommendations.
- A minimum of 5+ years in an HR Business Partner, experience supporting product and/or engineering leaders and their teams.
- Proven track record of establishing credibility and delivering top-notch business partnership.
- Experience working with global teams in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies, preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and experience navigating employee relations matters
- Experience in creative problem solving, influencing, change management, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication skills, including effective facilitation, written and listening capabilities.
