Summer Resident Advisor (Seasonal Live-In Position)

EF International Language Campuses is searching for a dynamic and caring individual to join our Housing team as a Summer Resident Advisor. We seek a motivated, responsible, and community-oriented individual ready to embrace the exciting challenge of working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a diverse student population and an energetic staff.
- Serve in multiple roles, including administrator, leader, activity coordinator, role model, counselor, policy enforcer, and more.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Serve as the point person for student incidents and concerns.
- Assist students with questions and transportation to and from campus.
- Uphold and enforce EFs Community Standards policy.
- Follow and represent EFs dedication to excellent customer service.
- Create and manage the arrival, departure, and room change lists and kits.
- Manage room key collection, distribution, and inventory.
- Conduct room inspections and uphold check-in standards.
- Collaborate with the Activity Coordinator to organize student activities on-campus and around the city.

Requirements:
- Available to work 40 hours per week from June 27 August 4, 2024, including nights and weekends.
- Must live at the EF dorm during this time.
- Experience in the student life field is a strong plus.
