- Assist in the planning and execution of onboarding activities, including reviewing offer letters, entering hiring data, obtaining proper work documentation and conducting new hire orientation.
- Consult staff to help them understand our benefits plans, including troubleshooting and resolution on claims issues.
- Regularly review data management and employee change processes for efficiency.
- Assist with offboarding administration, including updating employee files and data, and conducting exit interviews as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience
- Prior HR experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Operationally strong with keen analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and strategic communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and conscientiousness in managing confidential information.
- Efficient and process oriented.
- Enjoys interacting and supporting staff members through consultation and guidance.
- Capacity to work in a timely and organized way to meet mandatory deadlines.
