So Vestmark's a privately held software company, based out in Wakefield, Massachusetts. And we make a wealth management software that's used by financial advisors to manage their investors accounts.

Yeah, I mean, we really look for smart and collaborative people who enjoy solving complex and challenging problems. And who have the ability to really embrace and demonstrate our core values. And our core values consist of we before me, knowledge, explore, own it, and positive energy.
Vestmark's interview process
Yeah, standard process. And again, they vary upon role. But you know, first thing is going to be an initial call with a recruiter on the talent acquisition team, myself or one of my other recruiters, just to do an initial kind of overview on the company, make sure your experiences aligned and some of your goals are aligned with ours. And then the second meeting would be a deeper dive with the hiring manager, again, to learn more about us and vice versa, right, the interview process, you're interviewing us just as much as we're interviewing you, and building that comfort level. So the next round typically would be with a couple of folks from the hiring team. So either some peers and colleagues, maybe some key stakeholders, and then again, depending on the role, there may be some sort of assessment could be a business case could be some sort of short presentation, could be a whiteboarding session. And then if all goes well, there, we go into you know, reference checks and an offer.
Why you should join Vestmark
I think you know why now for Vestmark. Right? We are a financially stable and mature company, right? We've been around since 2001. However, we constantly are innovating new solutions and new products. We have a new product launch happening this week. We just opened up Vestmark Labs kind of an r&d arm back in January. So we're growing we're taking advantage of the marketplace right now. We're pre-IPO. So there is hopefully you know, an exit sometime in the in the near future. Obviously, I don't I can't give you any specific dates because we don't know. But it's an exciting time, here at Vestmark.
