We are currently looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for directing and overseeing all receiving-related warehouse operations and activities. You will play a key role in seamless material flow from external vendors to final inventory receiving/storage in a timely fashion, while coordinating among key internal stake holders to ensure SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure) are followed and quality protocols are maintained. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team of warehouse associates.

What you will do:
- Direct the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, including material receiving, maintenance, movement, inventory control, and storage
- Work with Supply Chain Planning and external vendors to arrange and execute shipments, both inbound and outbound
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow upon material arrival until receiving into storage locations
- Monitor and adhere to all established SOPs and quality protocols, including paperwork, reporting, system processing and transactional updates
- Resolve and report discrepancies in shipping, documentation, labeling, and receiving when discovered
- Ensure materials are staged and stored properly to conserve space, while complying with safety procedures
- Lead inventory cycle counts as directed by the management team
- Participate and contribute to weekly stand-up in responsible area(s)
- Labor hour scheduling/planning to ensure all warehouse receiving related tasks are executed in a timely fashion
- Assist the supervisor/manager in the daily scheduling/prioritization and instructing new employees in the use of systems, procedures, and policies
- Draft, present and execute continuous improvement projects
- Warehouse housekeeping to ensure clean, organized, and safe working environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ year of people management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set up and execute priorities
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on leadership with strong teamwork and result result-oriented spirit
- Knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), specifically Inventory Management
- Previous shipping experience (UPS, FedEx, DHL and freight)
- Previous manufacturing/warehousing experience
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Cleanroom experience
