Position Overview:
The Associate Technical Services Engineer performs client-facing consulting and delivery of maintenance releases and patches of the HealthRules products. This will include requirements gathering, facilitating client sessions, triaging service delivery issues, and obtaining client acceptance on delivered services. This role will require a 15 to 20% of off hours activities involving production deployments.

Your Impact:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to implement product fixes
- Monitor and analyze production business transactions and drive resolution and product improvements
- Act as a single point of contact for customers for on going projects
- Work with cross-functional team through-out the life cycle of product fixes and delivery
- Work with other team members to identify software, tools, and processes required to achieve the tasks efficiently
- Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time, and that they meet or exceed expectations
- Produce Deployment, Playbooks and Implementation Plans
- Participate in CCB [Change Control Board] meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
What You Bring:
- Bachelor or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 1+ years of experience in the health insurance industry, preferably with healthcare insurance payors
- Basic skills with UNIX commands and shell scripts/script execution
- 1+ years of SQL experience
- 1+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong knowledge and capability of utilizing MS Excel, Pivot tables
- Understanding Salesforce ticketing process and ticket life cycle management
- Ability to documenting standard operating procedures
- Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
