The Crown Is Yours
Our Analytics team is focused on using data to generate insights and power fact-based decisions across the business. As an Analyst I, Casino Promotions, youll partner with teams across Analytics, Operations, and Marketing teams to develop and support data processes and reporting. You will become an expert in working with promotional KPIs to drive revenue.
What youll do as an Analyst I, Casino Promotions

Develop, implement, and analyze promotion tests to better understand customer play.

Perform deep-dive analyses and oversee partnerships with teams across the business to operationalize insights.

Leverage data and industry knowledge to identify areas of opportunity and enhance our modeling and testing capabilities.

Develop automated tools and Tableau dashboards that help the business understand the impact of our products and promotions.

Create and propagate business intelligence reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses.

Operationalize data model outputs so that they can be utilized by other groups throughout DraftKings.
What you'll bring

At least 6 months of Marketing Analytics or Data Analytics experience.

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, or an eagerness to learn quickly. Knowledge of R, Python, or another statistical programming language is a plus.

Experience with Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

Experience with setting up experimental tests and/or analyzing test results is a plus.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
