Key Responsibilities:
- Architect of Self-Service BI Solutions: Design and implement robust Power BI architectures that empower organization-wide self-service reporting and ad-hoc data exploration.
- Business Impact through Data Enablement: Develop scalable data models that drive strategic decision-making and deliver measurable business value.
- Leverage Copilot AI within Power BI to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Data Warehouse Integration: Leverage expertise in Snowflake and DBT to integrate and optimize data warehouses, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of Power BI solutions through best practices and advanced optimization techniques.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Effective Communication: Clearly communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and actionable insights.
- Simplifier of Complexity: Simplify complex data and processes, making insights accessible and actionable for all users.
- Mentorship and Support: Guide and support team members and business users in building their own reports on top of scalable Power BI models.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative environment and drive collective success.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest data trends and technologies to continuously enhance our BI capabilities.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Project Management: Experience in managing BI projects from inception to completion.
- Technical Documentation: Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation for BI solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- SaaS Experience: Preferred experience with subscription data in a SaaS environment.
- Python Experience: Preferred experience using Python to tap into the Power BI API.
- 3rd Party Tool Proficiency: Demonstrable application of third-party tools such as DAX Studio and Tabular Editor with Power BI.
