About the Position:
We are looking for a GTM Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes, systems, and tools that support the sales, customer success, marketing and business development teams. This role ensures that our GTM teams operate efficiently and effectively to achieve revenue goals, while identifying new growth opportunities, managing data, and providing actionable insights to the leadership team. This person will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional GTM teams to drive productivity and achieve the Companys sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales processes and workflows to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor and maintain sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting within the CRM (HubSpot).

Ensure the CRM and other sales tools are being utilized effectively, including managing data hygiene, automated workflows, cross-system integrations, and creating custom reports/dashboards.

Support the creation and execution of business development strategies, including partnership deals, market expansion, and lead generation efforts.

Provide detailed analysis and insights on key GTM metrics (e.g., sales performance, lead-to-close ratio, market penetration).

Produce and present reports to senior leadership on sales performance, business growth, and pipeline health.

Identify areas for improvement in sales efficiency, business development efforts, and growth opportunities based on data analysis.

Manage the technology stack, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of both GTM and other cross-functional teams.

Serve as the liaison between sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.

Coordinate with finance and legal teams to streamline the contracting and pricing processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Support the design and management of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
About You:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, sales management or a similar role in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology company.

Proficiency with HubSpot and other sales automation tools.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
