Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the organization

Provide consulting and oversight to ensure organizational change is effectively managed across multiple departments

Identify and assess the scope of change initiatives and develop plans accordingly

Monitor and evaluate the progress and success of change management initiatives

Evaluate existing communication processes across the organization and develop a comprehensive strategy for driving high levels of employee engagement through frequent, effective touchpoints and tactics

Build strong network of trusted relationships across a geographically diverse organization, leveraging exceptional collaborative skills to get the job done

At least 5-10 years of experience in the Change Management field, including experience with change management methodology, tools and techniques

Experience guiding or supporting an organization through modernization/transformation

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive change across different levels of an organization

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Highly detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
