- Work with marketing campaign managers, creative producers, copywriters and designers in creating email content for our group leaders, students and parents
- Work with VP of Tours for Girls, and their Marketing Manager to understand the specific messaging and nuances to their audiences
- Partner with the data automations team to define email list segmentation
- Provide email best practices and continuously propose test strategies for new campaigns
- Create and maintain automated email journeys to nurture and engage our customers, refining customer segmentation strategies to ensure high-level performance
- Update the code of responsive HTML, CSS email templates
- Update tracking codes in emails and report out on campaign performance
- Monitor email trends and technology, and work to enhance our email marketing success
- Make occasional web updates as needed
- 1-2+ years experience working with enterprise Campaign Management Tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, and SQL and/or Snowflake
- Experience creating and managing email campaigns that utilize customer data to create personalized customer journeys
- Strong project management, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills
- Highly adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects at once while consistently meeting deadlines
- Experience operating in a test-and-learn culture, driving constant iterative improvements to the customer experience

- A deep understanding of the email marketing industry, including deliverability, tracking, reporting, and best practices
