You will assist in all aspects of the customer life cycle and communicate weekly with Traveler Support, Sales, and Finance. What Youll Do
- Manage account maintenance for our travelers by processing checks, paper enrollments, and validating cross-product travel vouchers.
- Work with our Finance team to process weekly check refunds.
- Handle post-tour reimbursement requests for any services that were not provided on-tour.
- Reach out to customers via phone, text, and email to collect outstanding balances as needed.
- Set correct expectations for Sales and other internal teams heading into peak season through email and Teams communication.
- Think creatively about day-to-day tasks and present new ways to optimize and simplify existing processes.
- Be willing to enthusiastically take on new projects at any time.
