Job Description:
The Manager of Programmatic Media and Affiliate will report up to our VP of Global Media. This person will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing Pluralsight's programmatic advertising efforts across B2B, B2C, and Public Sector segments and leading our affiliate program.

What youll do:
- Develop and implement programmatic media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and target different market segments (B2B, B2C, Public Sector) and geographies.
- Lead end-to-end programmatic campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Develop affiliate strategies in partnership with Marketing Leads and Finance
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing program, ensuring affiliates are effectively promoting the companys products and services
- Conduct A/B testing and other methodologies to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as DSPs, SSPs, and data providers, to ensure effective and efficient campaign execution.
- Negotiate affiliate contracts and manage relationships with programmatic vendors and partners.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and insights, presenting findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies and improve overall media effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, content, and product marketing to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Experience youll bring:
- Previous ad ops experience.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic media
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising technologies and platforms.
- Hands-on-keyboard experience as programmatic trader in agency setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in programmatic tools and platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, Adobe Advertising Cloud, or similar.

Travel Requirements
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work.
