Job Description:
The Social Impact Solutions Consultant is a hybrid of a traditional sales engineer and a technical implementation consultant. As a member of the Pluralsight One team, the Social Impact Solutions Consultant is responsible for enabling nonprofit and K-12 organizations to maximize the value they get from the Pluralsight platform. This highly dynamic role requires the ability to work one-on-one with strategic prospects, customers, and grantees, as well as design and deliver scaled resources that can serve hundreds of organizations at a time. This is a new role for our team and will likely evolve to continue meeting the needs of our customers. This role reports directly to the Vice President for Social Impact.
What youll do:

Engage directly with nonprofit organizations and K-12 schools to understand their goals, challenges, and needs related to technology skill development, then bring Pluralsights value propositions to life by expertly positioning and demoing the platform.

Develop scalable resources such as guides, templates, webinars, and toolkits to drive adoption and impact across Pluralsight One's broader partner base.

Advise Pluralsight One grantees to help them get the most from the Pluralsight platform.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to enhance Pluralsight's social impact offerings.

Assist in responding to technical requirements included within RFP/RFIs.
Experience youll bring:

Sales engineering experience, ideally with a Software as a Service product.

Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers.

Travel Requirements
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
