What youll do as a Retail Training Specialist

Design and facilitate engaging, instructor-led, and e-learning training sessions for DK products, systems, policies, and processes.

Partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and the learning team to assess training needs, design solutions, and align on delivery expectations.

Design behavioral-based assessments and evaluation tools that measure training effectiveness and link learning outcomes to business performance metrics.

Enhance training content with multimedia elements (images, audio, video, etc.) to create a dynamic learning experience.

Guide and mentor associates throughout the content creation process, offering constructive feedback to help them refine their skills and enhance the quality of their work.

Monitor training outcomes and use data to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions, making adjustments as needed to improve impact.
What youll bring

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Training, Education, Psychology, or equivalent work experience.

At least 1 year of experience with learning content development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe, Google Docs, VISIO & PowerPoint.).

Previous experience in training design and delivery using multiple delivery methods (classroom, virtual, e-learning, videos, micro-learning, etc.) preferred.

Previous experience managing projects of varying complexity and scope.

Demonstrated understanding of adult learning methodologies, best practices in training design and delivery, blended learning methodologies, and industry best practices.

Ability to travel to multiple retail locations approximately 50% of your working time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 67,200.00 USD - 84,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
