Who you are:
Hometap is seeking a part-time clerical admin/office administrative support specialist to assist in our scaling operations. This role can generally be flexible, with on-site support in our Back Bay office required four times per week. We expect onsite assistance required for roughly 3-4 hours a day, though that may be flexible depending on the days requirements. There could be additional opportunities to provide on-site assistance as needed.
What you'll do:
- Receiving, supporting, and trafficking mail
- Receiving on-site deliveries
- Organizing and tidying office
- Shredding, as required
- Mailing and overnighting mail and packages as needed
- Interface with Legal, Investment Support, HR and Finance as needed
- Provide general clerical support to office activities and provide support services to staff with any project related deadlines.
What you bring:
- Can be on-site in our Boston office 4 days a week
- Can be present for shifts of 3-4 hours at a time
- Is a certified notary or willing to become so
- Able to lift packages of 20+ pounds
- Position is paid hourly, at a rate of $23-$25/hour
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service setting
- Key Skills: administrative support & organization skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact through Slack, Gmail, and phone
- Ability to sit and/or stand for an extended period
