- Collaborate with the global team to manage and optimize our US, European, and Asian geo-targeted campaigns.
- Build, execute, and derive actionable insights from automated bid strategies and testing.
- Establish and test new channels and approaches, and relentlessly look for areas to improve performance.
- Research and build well-structured paid search campaigns within Google, Naver, Baidu, Yahoo, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing etc. where relevant.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and data, creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on paid search performance. Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable.
- QA test and troubleshoot changes and issues, ensuring that our paid digital programs and marketing systems are always running smoothly.
- Explore and pursue new traffic and growth sources, testing and refining our US and Internationally focused digital marketing plan on an ongoing basis.
- Test ad copy messaging, targeting, ad units, remarketing, audiences etc. and identify actionable insights to optimize search engine marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the global team including the Heads of Enrollment and Director of Paid Media, to identify and implement paid digital strategies that improve full funnel results - this is not a lead volume goal but a quality goal.
- Collaborate with enrollment teams to support their efforts to reach prospective students and parents.
- Proven (3+ years) paid search marketing experience focused on growth marketing or demand generation.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns within Google. Experience with other paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc) and digital media channels is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of digital remarketing techniques.
- A solid understanding of conversion-improvement tactics, A/B testing approaches, and landing page optimization.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Editor, Google Analytics, and web/campaign tracking best-practices.
- Experience with managing paid search to business KPIs measuring activity beyond the click and conversion through to acquisition.
- Ability to self-manage projects and work independently while also proactively raising issues and seeking answers.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or PowerBI is a plus.
