About the Role:
Were on a mission to make the Internet a safer place for everyone, one partner at a time. Our Partnership business is a fast-growing, dynamic business line with a Marketing team that thrives on creativity, innovation, collaboration, and fun!
Were looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Manager to help propel our brand forward and grow our Partnership business (even) further. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives lead generation, boosts brand awareness, and supports sales with tactical brilliance.
Youll have the chance to wear many hats, from implementing creative marketing campaigns to diving into data to measure success. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to pivot quickly, test new tactics, and continually optimize for growth.
Day to Day:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with business goals, drives leads and builds lasting brand awareness.
- Lead Gen & ABM: Design and implement cutting-edge lead generation tactics and account-based marketing strategies to engage key target audiences.
- Creative Content: Produce engaging marketing collateral (blogs, case studies, eBooks, etc.) that speaks to our audiences pain points and positions us as industry leaders.
- Social Media Savvy: Own our social media strategy, creating dynamic content that fuels engagement and builds our online presence across all platforms.
- Campaign Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations to the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales are aligned and driving toward common goals.
- Agency & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute joint marketing initiatives.
- Conferences: Lead and manage our presence at industry events, from strategy to execution, to foster engagement and brand recognition.
- Market Presence & PR: Work with the Brand team to position the company as an industry thought leader by identifying opportunities for content creation, speaking engagements, and partnerships.
- Adapt & Innovate: Quickly test new marketing tactics, experiment with different strategies, and pivot when necessary to stay ahead of the competition.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience: 7+ years in B2B tech marketing with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns that generate leads and drive growth.
- Left and Right-Brained Thinker: You are both creative + analytical. You love working with a design agency and writing content while also nerding out to metrics and data.
- Fast-Paced Feels Like Home: You thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving environment where adaptability and innovation are key.
- Team Player: Youll be working closely with sales, leadership, and external partners, so collaboration is essential.
- Multitasker Extraordinaire: Youre comfortable managing multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Communication Skills: You can write compelling copy, speak to diverse audiences, and present your ideas in a way that excites others.

Pay range for this position is $105,000-$150,000, but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
