About the role...
Reporting to our Director of Revenue Operations on the Finance Team, the Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for owning the revenue retention process and leading the team to deliver analysis and reporting accurately and efficiently. They will work closely with their team, the broader Finance team and stakeholders across the business to provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis relating to subscription revenue.
A typical day might include:

Performing and reviewing analysis of subscription revenue versus retention data

Maintaining Tableau and Power BI data models

Creating and reviewing revenue accruals

Performing ad-hoc analysis on retention data for stakeholders across the business

Managing a team of two revenue analysts
This job might be for you if:

You have experience with revenue and/or billing in a SaaS business

You have strong experience with Excel

You have experience with data visualization tools

You have experience performing analysis of large data sets in a time sensitive environment
