Job Description
The Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Service Center Specialist. As part of the Service Center, you will be at the front line to complete a variety of specialized duties that support functional and operational support within People operations!
As a member of the People Service Center Team, you will provide direct support to FlyMates, other People groups and managers as part of a centralized function that handles a variety of People-related transactions.
In this role, you will report to the Global Leader of Service Center, based in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in every request and interaction; researching and providing answers to People related topics questions from Flymates; and completing data entry for Service Center processes
- You will be responsible for answering all FlyMates questions coming through our People Service Desk, and escalating as needed to the correct individual or team, following all escalation rules and guidelines established.
- Will be responsible to update basic guidelines and FAQs documents related to People Service Desk and any process coming from People Team which will allow to provide accurate responses to FlyMates.
- You will collaborate with team members on People Service Center projects focusing on providing the best FlyMates experience
- In a timely and accurate manner, this position will be responsible for being the on-site support for employees, as well as triaging day-to-day inquiries with regards to onboarding/offboarding, benefits, general policy interpretation, process improvements and implementation.
- Proactively manage People Services e-mail inbox; responding to all inquiries, and escalating e-mails to other People team members as required
- Run audits to ensure data integrity in our Employee Data Base systems and supports data clean-up projects
- Upload, organize and maintain e-filing documents into employee files
- Demonstrate integrity in keeping information confidential and follow protocols for data processing
- Executes full-cycle onboarding/offboarding activities including distribution of new hire paperwork, pre-boarding communications, uploading and updating FlyMates Data Base system accordingly. Including processing offboarding materials
- Follows up with new hires throughout their post-offer transition period to ensure all new hire requirements are completed before their start date
- Implement local and global initiatives and process improvements for People Service Center
Qualifications
Heres What Were Looking For:
- 1-3 years as a People Generalist, preferably in a rapid growth global startup environment
- Diploma or degree, preferably in Business Management or Human Resources
- Excellent Customer Service Orientation
- Collaboration skills
- Ability to successfully prioritize work and ensure deadlines are met
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Learning capability
- Strong computer skills
- Flexibility and the willingness to help the team as needed
