What we need
As an HR Associate, you will be supporting the Senior Director, HR Business Partner and working closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and other HR stakeholders to support daily HR needs and team effectiveness. You will be involved in operations support, project coordination, calendar management, reporting & analytics, and assisting with HR programs. For this role, we need an individual who is highly organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to HR deliverables that impact the broader organization.

The Human Resources organization is responsible for recruitment, administration, compensation, benefits, training & development, performance management and employee relations.
What youll do

Collaborate with the HR Senior Director and HRBP team on cross-functional HR initiatives

Support the HR Senior Director in preparing presentations and reports

Provide support for ongoing HR programs and activities such as compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations

Coordinate HRBP meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up actions

Coordinate tasks, track project milestones, and drive timelines

Ensure high data quality in HR systems

Assist in reviewing and updating HR standard operating procedures, guidelines, and policies

Provide day-to-day support to the HR Senior Director

Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to HRBP projects and activities
What youll need

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years experience in HR, with exposure to HRBP activities preferred; comparable professional experience may be considered

Experience in project management and/or data analysis is a plus

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word, and working knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday)

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Detail-oriented and proactive with a solution-focused mindset

Strong confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Our environment

Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid drivers license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
