Growth Marketing Manager Brand
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Growth Marketing Manager for Brand with a strong emphasis on campaign creation to join our team. You will lead the development and execution of engaging marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, drive customer acquisition, and foster brand loyalty. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals while maintaining brand consistency and identity.
- Strategic Campaign Development: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages and events to our target audiences.
- Customer Success Stories: Drive the creation of compelling customer stories and testimonials that showcase the value and impact of SmartBear products which includes collaborating across the company to identify and highlight key success stories.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with digital marketing, brand marketing and other teams to ensure seamless integration of campaign initiatives across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Campaign Measurement and Optimization: Establish KPIs and performance metrics for campaigns, monitor and analyze results, and iterate on strategies to optimize ROI
We are looking for you if you have:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated excellence in campaign management and digital marketing
- Experience driving proven results in demand creation, lead nurturing, and brand building.
- Excellent communication skills and track record of aligning with sales leadership
- Ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively
- High attention to detail and focus on quality output necessary
- Proficient with a full suite of tools to help you in your role, including Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Salesforce, SmartSheets, Tableau, Marketo, Miro, Sprout Social, and more.
- This role is hybrid, based out of Somerville MA. The candidate should be local and within commutable distance to our Headquarters
