Were looking for an inspiring Content Distribution Manager to join our Marketing team focused on repurposing long-form content into high-impact, multi-channel assets that drive engagement and amplify our message. In addition to transforming webinars, podcasts, and reports into compelling digital content, youll track content performance to optimize distribution strategies and experiment with AI tools to enhance workflows and test new formats.
Please note that no relocation or sponsorship opportunities exist for this role, and that the candidate must be based in Boston.
This role is interesting because you will:
- Spend your time transforming Robins long-form content like reports, podcasts and webinars into a variety of formats, including LinkedIn posts (images, carousels, infographics), visuals for blogs and emails, email snippets, and short-form video clips.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, Robin customers, and designers, leveraging AI tools to brainstorm, streamline production, and maximize content impact.
- Have the freedom to experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to engage audiences in fresh and innovative ways.
You are qualified if you have:
- Experience creating and repurposing content for platforms like LinkedIn, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on use of the latest AI technologies, using them to 5x content output.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and light video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
- Strong project management skills to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines.
- A knack for identifying key takeaways in long-form content and transforming them into compelling stories.
