We are seeking a Community Development Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Community Development Manager is a key member of the team, focused on creating and supporting highly engaged communities within the Imprivata ecosystem. The main focus will be serving the needs of our core global technical community and customers. This role will work closely with other members of our customer advocacy, customer relations, sales, and customer success teams.
Duties and Responsibilities

Design and build short and long-term strategies for expanding our efforts to cultivate a larger community ecosystem.

Assist in creating technical content and collateral that resonates with a global audience.

Establish and maintain operational workflows in support of overall community engagement.

Working closely with marketing, customer relations, customer success, sales, support and services to support our community efforts.

Lead ongoing member application and on-boarding initiatives for core community members.

Partner on executing and refining strategies that build engagement.

Organize, schedule, and oversee both in-person and virtual events.

Provide operational support for members of our technical communities.

Write content and communications aimed at engaging our community.

Lead continuous efforts to achieve community team goals, as well as improvements to teamwork and service of our community.

Deliver ongoing data and reports to show progress against goals and how they impact renewals and retention.

Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of related business experience with a bachelors degree or 7+ years related Business experience.

Proven experience building a sense of community and camaraderie amongst a global constituency and complex technology market.

Demonstrate alignment with Agile and Scrum values and principles.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to drive change, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Thrive in a team-based environment and energized by collaborating with others to deliver value.

Embrace learning and change, looks for ways to inspect and adapt based on previous experiences.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
This position offers a total compensation range of $147,800.00 to $157,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivatas benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivatas compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidates location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
