Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources and Global Talent Development, the HR Business Partner (Customer Success and Support) is an HR SME and partner to a critical function that is at the forefront of delivering our promise of providing an incredible customer experience. This role is also a steward of our Employee Vision - that every employee has a sense of belonging, a voice that is heard, and a clear path to success.
As part of the larger HR Organization, the HR Business Partnering Team is closely aligned with the various business functions and their respective leaders. Our HR Business Partners provide leading HR and business expertise along all of the key moments within the employee life cycle that ultimately impact our 1600 employees, including Talent Management and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and more.
A typical day will include:

Partnering with our business leaders and teams in the Customer Success, Support and Enablement departments to align HR strategies and programs with company and functional goals

Engaging in and/or driving key workforce planning activities including succession planning, talent development, and talent acquisition (in partnership with TA)

Providing expert guidance on employee relations issues, conflict, and performance management

Supporting the implementation and success of key HR Programs

Ensuring adherence to US labor laws and company policies while also leveraging HR best practices

Helping the business succeed in their growth and change initiatives, while assessing risks and understanding and preparing for implications for our people

Working closely with other HR Teams and COEs to deliver critical HR processes/initiatives

Proactively going beneath the surface to identify root causes and suggest/apply appropriate solutions

Using data-driven insights to support business decisions
The role requires:

4-6 years of HR experience (as an HRBP, HR Manager, etc) with 2-3 years of progressive HR Business partnering experience

Ability to leverage HR and Business acumen to effectively oscillate between tactical blocking/tackling and providing strategic guidance to leadership

Being a strong business and people advocate while key decisions are being discussed, debated, and built

Ability to both Be Human with our people and demonstrate sound business acumen

Proven ability to influence without authority and building trusting relationships quickly

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
