As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team to help drive our financial strategy and success. The CFO will partner closely with the Founder & CEO and the Board on strategic initiatives such as partnerships, investments and global expansion.

This role is ideal for an accomplished finance executive looking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic leadership position or for a seasoned senior finance professional ready to step into their first Chief Financial Officer role and drive strategic impact. This is an onsite position based in Bedford, MA headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide financial leadership and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to optimize resource allocation.
- Manage all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor and control financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial targets.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate financial audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and capital allocation.
- Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize funding for strategic initiatives while minimizing financial risk.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Masters degree and/or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 15 years in finance leadership roles within a portion having been spent in a manufacturing industry.
- 3+ years of experience conducting financial audits, reviewing financial records, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Experience in a high growth venture environment; global company, IPO, and/or public company experience is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding collaboration, communication and interpersonal abilities.
