About the Role
The Office Manager is the face of our Boston operation and is responsible for managing our well run office space used by employees, executives and clients. You will take the lead on planning and organizing our regular social events and ensure smooth running of all facilities.
In addition, you will support our Chief People Officer administratively by managing their calendar, travel, expenses and off-sites.
A typical day might include:

Working with the landlord, building management & vendors, purchasing office supplies (including company swag), filing, and managing office budgets & access

Greeting guests, answering phone calls, setting meetings, arranging travel whilst adhering to health and safety protocols for all visitors & employees

Planning local parties, engagements and lunches while supporting the coordination of regional/global engagement activities

Supporting the Chief People Officer (CPO) with calendar management, coordination and meeting logistics, travel arrangements both international and domestic and expense management

Collaborating across functions, especially amongst the other assistants, executives and HR Team to help drive initiatives

Ensuring the office is maintained to a high standard including light cleaning / maintenance of communal areas and replenishment of refreshments, snacks, tea & coffee etc.
