We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the development and strategic direction of our Workflows product. As a key player in our product team, you will be responsible for designing and executing a robust orchestration platform that supports both internal and external use cases. Your role will involve defining product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of workflows within our platform to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Workflows, aligning with ZoomInfos overall business objectives
- Define and prioritize a roadmap that balances short-term needs with long-term goals
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope
- Ensure that Workflows is designed to meet diverse internal and external use cases, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the platform
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts and features
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of Workflows
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, with a track record of successfully managing complex products or features
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling workflow or orchestration platforms in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions
