TITLE: Director, Enterprise Systems & Integrations
WHAT YOULL DO:
The Director, Enterprise Systems & Integrations at Duck Creek Technologies is responsible for leading and managing the strategic and operational aspects of enterprise systems and integrations, focusing on Salesforce, ServiceNow and Finance Systems (WorkDay, Right Rev etc.,) This role involves overseeing a team of professionals, ensuring the seamless integration of various systems, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The Director will drive innovation, efficiency, and optimization of enterprise systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Lead and manage the enterprise systems and integrations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement strategies for enterprise system integration and optimization to support business goals.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for enterprise systems and data integration.

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of enterprise systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Develop and manage the budget for enterprise systems and integrations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization.

Provide leadership and guidance on system architecture, integration methodologies, and best practices.

Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation, including system designs, integration processes, and standard operating procedures.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the enterprise systems team and other departments within the organization.
WHAT YOUVE DONE:
-
Bachelor's or Master's Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
-
7+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration.; 5+ years in a strategic leadership role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS:
-
Salesforce: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
-
ServiceNow: Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and custom application development.
-
Integration Tools: Proficiency in using Workday, Right Rev systems for system integrations.
-
APIs and Web Services: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
-
Data Management: Expertise in data migration, ETL processes, and data integration best practices.

Architect Salesforce solutions from a technical perspective and validate that the proposed technical architecture can be implemented successfully within Salesforce and across enterprise applications.

Design large scale technically complex solutions as well as provide technical oversight and reviews or technical designs for customization, data migrations and integrations.

Design key technical components of Salesforce solutions and direct technical resources on-shore and off-shore to develop and deliver project deliverables.

Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).

Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
