Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and launching our college/university marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client meetings and communications
- Support day to day operations for client accounts
- Manage projects and campaigns using our project management software
- Communicate deliverables and timelines to clients on a regular basis
- Review and proof client marketing campaigns
- Ensure all campaigns are launched successfully, and provide performance reports
- Work alongside our Client Success Managers to support all client requirements
- Maintain project and client documentation
- Conduct billing/invoicing for client accounts
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services
- Assist in any training for new hires where applicable
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of work experience preferred - ideally in a business marketing or project management setting
- Aptitude with software and technology a must
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to take initiative and think critically
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality results
- Enjoy fast paced environment
- Experience working in a B2B environment a plus
- Knowledge of higher education market a plus
- Experience with project management software a plus
- Experience with a marketing platform a plus
