Summary:
The Implementation Consultant manages the technical implementations of Liaisons Outcomes CRM
Responsibilities:
- Consultatively work with clients to define and document requirements for their implementations.
- Lead customer implementation efforts to meet customer defined requirements.
- Drive the successful completion of backend configurations, end user configurations, and testing required for each implementation.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential risks or challenges within the implementation, escalating to the Director, Implementations as needed.
- Effectively manage verbal and written communications with clients, internal and external stakeholders surrounding the implementation of Liaison products.
- Help clients to understand existing product features and collaborate with them on how to use the platform to meet their strategic goals.
- Build strong relationships with client team members, work successfully under pressure, maintain positive attitude, and meet client project deadlines in an efficient and professional manner.
- Identify and execute upon opportunities to improve the Implementation Teams processes, tools, and documentation.
- Perform some on-site client work, including the ability to travel.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- 2+ years experience with the using or administering a CRM
- Proven success configuring clients on a Client Success or Implementation team within a SaaS company
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Able to multi-task and manage shifting priorities on tight deadlines.
- Proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team in a fun, fast-paced work environment.
- Experience working in a higher education environment a plus.
