The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Manager, Privacy, youll be leading the development of global privacy and risk assessment programs critical to the compliance of data protection laws and regulations. Utilizing strong analytical and people management skills, you will also support the ongoing growth of our greater Compliance team, working cross-functionally with other senior leaders. Youll leverage your expertise in assessments and program management to develop and drive smart privacy compliance strategies from the ground up.
What youll do as a Senior Manager, Privacy

Manage all aspects of assessments and data inventory elements of global privacy program with a focus on US, EU, and UK compliance for several international companies in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.

Deploy and administer enterprise-scale tooling for efficient management and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities, Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and Legitimate Interest Assessments covering lawful basis determinations, data flow mapping, technical and organizational controls, and international transfers.

Collaborate with and guide hundreds of business stakeholders through the completion of all types of privacy and data protection assessments and data inventory questionnaires.

Identify, collate, and document privacy risks through assessments and inventory initiatives and counsel business stakeholders on practical remediation solutions and control development in a broad range of commercial and corporate contexts.

Develop, conduct, and deliver department-wide and team-specific training on domestic and international requirements related to privacy and data protection assessments.

Manage Compliance team members responsible for carrying out business process assessments, data inventories, and other privacy initiatives.

Assist the Compliance team with miscellaneous privacy, data protection, and regulatory matters relevant to our operations in state and international gaming markets.
What youll bring

Minimum 7 years of experience across all areas of privacy and data protection compliance in either a reputable law firm or a technology company.

A law degree and bar admission in the U.S. or a masters degree and CIPP/E and CIPP/M or CIPP/US certifications held for a minimum of 3 years.

An in-depth knowledge of U.S., EU, UK, and other global data privacy laws and regulations, including the GDPR and CCPA.

Experience conducting data inventories and performing all types of privacy and data protection assessments.

Familiarity with industry-standard methods of encryption, anonymization, and other information security controls.

A demonstrated commitment to ethical business practice and personal integrity.

An unquestionable work ethic, strong sense of accountability, and capacity to work cooperatively, diplomatically, and proactively with hundreds of colleagues globally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000.00 - $210,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
