Senior Manager, Change Management
About the position
Mimecast is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management and Chief of Staff to the Chief Transformation Officer to join our Business Transformation Office.
The Senior Manager role is responsible for the change management aspects of a diverse set of cross-functional initiatives through the Business Transformation Office, from GTM to product, as well as supporting M&A integration functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage on integration and transformation projects, assessing the people and process changes required to execute them successfully.
- Partner within and outside the BTO organization to develop cross-functional communication and change plans that guide the organization forward to new ways of working.
- Work directly with the Chief Transformation Officer to support that function in a Chief of Staff capacity, supporting their priorities, streamlining communications, and ensuring alignment amongst team members as well as cross-functional alignment.
- Lead integration and transformation projects, or portions of transformation projects, geared at adjusting ways of working towards new strategic outcomes.
- Participate in diligence and integration work with new acquisitions, with an eye towards the organizational alignment required to fully matriculate the teams and their processes into the Mimecast organization.
- Partner closely with HR to ensure culture, best practices, and HR processes are represented within change management plans.
- Develop a strong understanding of the culture, people, and processes of the Mimecast organization, to enable change programs to be tailored to the specifics of the organization.
- Shepherd the organizational communications from BTO to the rest of the organization, with a focus on consistency and clarity.

- Team player with a positive attitude
- Credibility to liaise with senior management
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvement through change
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at multi-tasking and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- 10+ years post qualified experience preferable.
