As a Project Coordinator Contractor at WHOOP, you will be a critical member of the development teams that drive innovation. You will be tasked with coordinating the distribution of features for internal and external testing.
This is a 3-month contract position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and distribute test hardware to intended teams.
- Organize test hardware inventory.
- Coordinate with Marketing and the Office of the CEO to ensure device needs are met.
- Develop a standard process with the Software team for ensuring tests can be executed as planned.
- Escalate issues or roadblocks in a timely manner to the Head of Hardware Program Management.
- Work with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to ensure testing objectives are being met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree with experience managing stock rooms or inventory in a structured environment preferred.
- Thrive in a fast past environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Innovative and able to adapt to changing requirements
- Strong oral and written interpersonal skills
