Your Impact:
The People Operations Specialist is a highly visible, integral part of our People Team responsible for the day to day people operations for the Americas region at Mirakl.
What you will do at Mirakl:
- Develop and manage core people processes - employee onboarding/offboarding, immigration, leave requests, etc.
- Manage People Ops HelpDesk system and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
- Support Global AI initiatives with team project work
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS, payroll & benefits systems, and other third-party systems
- Support the People Partner and Talent Acquisition teams by managing day-to-day operational tasks and workflows
- Conduct audits, ensuring system integrity and compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
- Lead compensation changes, position changes, and relevant documentation
- Assist with policy revisions, and other people team projects as assigned
- Benefits administration, including responding to questions and requests from Mirakl team members
- Partner with key stakeholders in Finance, IT and Legal for streamlined company operations
- Support team budgeting and manage invoices in NetSuite in partnership with the Head of People
What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:
- Interest or internship experience in People Operations or an HR generalist role.
- Familiarity with HRIS and understanding of basic regulations, payroll, and benefits systems.
- Ability to think creatively and a strong focus on details.
- Eagerness to learn about automating processes to enhance efficiency and save time.
