The Payment Solutions Sales Representative is critical in driving new business opportunities and revenue growth by offering customers credit card payment processing services. This position requires a strategic approach to cross-selling, customer relationship management, and collaboration across internal teams.

Location: This position is open to remote candidates eligible to work in the United States. A hybrid work schedule will be offered if the ideal candidate is based near our Concord, MA office.
Travel Expectations: If the ideal candidate is located outside the Concord, MA area, they will be required to complete initial onboarding at our Concord, MA office.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Cross-Selling:

Devise and execute strategic plans to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for credit card payment processing services.
Exceeding Sales Targets:

Achieve and surpass assigned monthly sales quotas by independently managing outbound sales activities and opportunity building.
Exceptional Customer Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.

Educate businesses on the payment processing industry, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
Collaboration:

Work closely with other Tripleseat teams, including marketing and customer success, to provide valuable insights and support for enhancing customer engagement and retention strategies.
Record-Keeping:

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Leverage data-driven insights to refine and optimize future sales and marketing strategies.

Preferred Experience:

2-3 years of proven success in outbound credit card/payment solution sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Hospitality experience is a plus.

Exhibit a deep understanding of and passion for the intricacies of the payment processing industry.

While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, experience and results are highly valued.
