About the Role:
The Customer Experience Strategy & Innovation Team at Aura is looking for an Instructional Designer, Customer Experience to join the team. This role will report into the Manager of Training Design and Delivery and will design training for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer experience agents and will be able to effectively design goal-oriented training with measurable outcomes.
Day to day:

Assist in the design and development of instructional materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources.

Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional partners to gather and synthesize content for training programs.

Use instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and engaging learning experiences.

Develop clear learning objectives and align instructional materials to meet these objectives.

Utilize eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) to create interactive and visually appealing online training modules.

Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure instructional materials are accurate, engaging, and effective.

Assist in the collection and analysis of training feedback to improve learning content.

Stay updated on trends in instructional design, adult learning principles, and eLearning technology.

Support the management and organization of learning resources in Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Portfolio of projects in Articulate Rise and Storyline.

Demonstrated ability to learn and use new technology tools quickly.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

High-energy, team-first, positive attitude

Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.

Experience developing training content in support of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Pay range for this position is $60,000-85,000, but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
