As our Fulfillment Excellence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of technology and operational workflows in the Fulfillment Excellence domain. Operating within our broader Customer Care & Ops Team, you'll lead projects aimed at streamlining operations, leveraging automation, and enhancing tooling to elevate our customer and external partner experience. What You'll Do: 

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support projects related to our Fulfillment Excellence systems and processes.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and reporting for fulfillment excellence initiatives across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, partner operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment .
• Assist with identifying bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to address them related to internal/external processes.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to gather and validate Fulfillment Excellence data, ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful information from large datasets, monitor key metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Serve as an administrator for team-owned tools like Jira, Monday.com, Confluence and Zendesk, overseeing utilization and providing user support.
• Help teams with special projects, team retrospectives and research tasks as needed.

What You Have: 

• 1-2 years of experience in product operations, project management or product support role.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Zendesk.
• Basic data analysis skills (experience with tools like excel, google sheets or sigma is a plus).
• Energized to solve problems in innovative ways. 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• A self motivated, own it and figure it out mentality.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $57,000 - $67,000 per year*
