About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic leader with vision, depth and execution experience to drive a strategic part of our business. As the Director of Product Training & Enablement, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and scaling global Bullhorn product training and certification programs while shaping the strategy for employee product enablement. Your mission will be to establish a framework that validates the expertise of employees, customers, and partners, helping them advance their goals on the extended Bullhorn platform.
You will lead collaboratively, drawing on your expertise in Training, Internal Enablement and Certification programs, from program design and curriculum development to exam administration, recognition practices, and promoting learning initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Enablement & Education Services, you will lead an enablement team of product & customer trainers and oversee the Bullhorn Customer Success & Support onboarding team. Additionally, you will work closely with peers in Instructional Design and Product Documentation to adopt a data-driven approach to managing the global schedule of in-person and virtual instructor-led training courses for employees, customers, and partners.

Product Training & Certification Strategy: Develop and lead a comprehensive product training and certification strategy across the Bullhorn ecosystem to drive knowledge and engagement across customers, employees and partners.

Go-to-Market & Communication Strategy: Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and customers, gather feedback on training experiences and training needs/demand, and proactively share information on our training and certification programs.

Development & Facilitation of Strategic Learning Programs: Partner with Instructional Design to create training content and support the facilitation of training with enterprise-level customers (as needed).

Internal Product Enablement: Develop and oversee product readiness programs to equip employees with the knowledge and enablement required to succeed in their roles and effectively support customer needs.

Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Support SMEs to ensure a deep understanding of product functionality, features, use cases and benefits, translating this knowledge into effective training and resources that drive confidence in our employees, customers' and partners knowledge of Bullhorn products and services.

Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of all product enablement training and certification programs, ensuring their effectiveness, alignment to business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Metrics & Performance Analysis: Establish measurements and KPIs for assessing successful training and certification delivery and hold Trainers accountable for the execution and quality of the training experience.

Leadership: Lead a global training and enablement team, providing direction, mentorship and support, including managing the scheduling and ensuring we meet customer and employee training demands while balancing curriculum development.
This role is a fit for you if you have

A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of product training and certification programs, preferably within high-growth SaaS-based companies

A minimum of 5 years experience managing and leading training organizations/ teams

Previously, introduced data-driven certification frameworks for employees, customers and partners where you continuously monitored performance, enablement and opportunities for innovation and improvement

Leadership in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, where ambiguity fuels your curiosity, creativity and tenacity

Strong desire to create high-performing teams and a results-driven culture, with a passion for building excellent customer experiences
