Job Description
The Demand Generation Manager, Executive Programs, is responsible for executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns designed to reach Executive-level job titles. This role will be pivotal in building and executing campaign strategy.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and internal leadership. The candidate should have a proven track record of executing marketing campaigns and collaborating with internal C-level stakeholders. Its expected for this role to be the subject matter expert of their campaign tactics and understand demand generation best practices.
Responsibilities
- Work closely within the marketing organization to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns for executive audiences.
- Build relationships and work with Nexthink Executive leadership on speaking engagements, nurturing and other practices to run the Executive Programs.
- Provide the field teams information on tactics and collect feedback on activity.
- Manage and monitor multiple campaign tactics simultaneously and adjust as needed to optimize results.
- Apply KPIs, analytics and insights to drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
- Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns/initiatives
- Work with third-party vendors to execute and own tactics such as webinars, content syndication, direct mail campaigns, and more

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, Executive marketing program execution experience preferred
- Proven success managing marketing campaigns and plans for high-growth, B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies
- Familiarity and comfort with tools within the marketing stack (such as Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, 6Sense, Pathfactory)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with 3rd party vendors
- Must be detail oriented
