We are searching for an Associate Project Manager to work with our technical and business teams to drive projects from start to finish and effectively balance a variety of internal stakeholders priorities. Your work will directly and positively impact the success of our global engineering teams.
What youll do as an Associate Project Manager

Collaborate with domain level stakeholders and tactical teams to drive project results, tracking risks and dependencies, to ensure deliverables and expectations are being met.

Provide periodic status reporting regarding project status, including risks, issues project measurement, and next steps for visibility and alignment.

Communicate with stakeholders regarding actions and deliverables for their teams, escalating issues that impact project timelines.

Adhere to, and provide feedback on, project management best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency of project documentation and the project lifecycle.

Act like the owner of your project, holding teams and stakeholders accountable to their timelines and deliverables, putting plans in place to mitigate risks, and maintain alignment across multiple project teams.

Utilize project management measurement frameworks to provide data-driven analysis to verify your projects are progressing.
What you'll bring

Ideally, you have 2+ years Project Management experience in a related industry.

1-2+ years experience in software engineering, IT, and consumer-facing product environments.

Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical/functional field.

Experience with Project/Program Life Cycle methodologies and Software/Product Development Life Cycles.

Experience with business applications such as Google Suite, AirTable, and others.

Experience in performing risk analysis and issue management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 81,800.00 USD - 102,200.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
