About PERSUIT and what they do
So PERSUIT is an outside counsel engagement platform, we work with Fortune 500 legal departments in really helping them connect with their law firm partners. So that way they can get the right for at the right price with the right fit for each of their engagements.
Details on PERSUIT's customer success team
The customer success team at PERSUIT is rapidly growing. And to really give a great example of that I joined as the fourth member of our CES team in July of 2021. We are over 20 members at this point, so rapidly expanding and are one of our largest groups within PERSUIT.
A look at the day-to-day responsibilities
Every day on the CST team at PERSUIT is different. Something that I love about that is that it's different every day. But also we're not just working with our clients on the technical how-tos of the platform and training them on that that's that's a piece of it, right? But there's a large piece of consulting, PERSUIT management on daily workflow, adoption, on how we can expand out their program. So I like to see the CSM, as I pursued is really program managers, more than just like tactical knowledge experts. Deep product knowledge is going to be required, of course, because you're going to need to consult and assess your clients workflows, and give them really best practices on how they can adopt PERSUIT into their and their team members daily lives.
What to expect during the interview process
When you're interviewing with PERSUIT for a CS role, you're going to have a few different interviews. And that will be with our HR team, with the hiring manager, often with our VP of client strategy and success. Depending on this specific role within the CES team, you may be asked to do a persuasive presentation or even percent on PERSUIT so that we get a sense of your style, your conversational skills, how you're going to interface with your book of business and your clients specifically.
Details on the working environment
All of the members of the CES team at PERSUIT are either hybrid employees, fully remote employees are working in our New York office. So we have a lot of flexible arrangements available for our CES team members. I'm a fully remote employee myself, I go into the New York office as needed, and go on site to clients headquarters as needed as well. But most of the time I am working fully remote from home.

Joining pursuit now is like the most exciting stage of growth because while we're rapidly growing, and we're evolving into a larger organization, we are still at that stage of startup where you have so much impact as an individual. And you're able to really explore different paths explore different business needs, and exploit those opportunities and really develop your own projects that are going to elevate not only the CS department but the business as a whole. So you're really building a company here, not just joining to have a job
