Duties and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will lead or assist with marketing programs, campaigns and events aimed at driving growth and generating net new pipeline.

Work closely with internal sales, marketing, sales operations teams as well as channel partners and third parties to successfully architect and execute approved marketing campaigns and activities.

Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors to help execute field marketing programs such as intimate dinners, trade shows, and conferences.

Measure, and report on campaign and program performance to optimize outcomes.

Support prospecting marketing plays across target accounts, leveraging account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and focusing on industry and competitive verticals.

Assists with other marketing activities as requested.
Qualifications

4-5 years experience in supporting field marketing events, such as large conferences, trade shows, and intimate dinners.

Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Capable of fostering meaningful discussions with internal teams and facilitating seamless collaboration across departments

Self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.

Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and prospecting needs, with a proven track record of driving results

Ability to travel as necessary.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
