Job Description
Are you ready to shape the future of HR technology? Join our People & Systems Transformation team as an HRIS Analyst and play a pivotal role in modernizing our HR capabilities through the implementation of Workday. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative project that will redefine our people systems landscape while collaborating with Finance, IT, and HR teams.
HRIS Maintenance & Data Integrity:
- Precisely enter and manage HR data within the HRIS, ensuring data quality through regular audits and monitoring.
- Suggest corrective actions for data discrepancies and collaborate with IT and HR to address them.
- Oversee user access controls and support secure system administration practices.
Workday Implementation Support:
- Assist in system setup, configuration, and testing during the Workday implementation process.
- Collaborate on data migration and integration activities, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Test new functionality, identify enhancements, and provide recommendations for workflow optimization.
Day-to-Day System Support:
- Manage and troubleshoot HR systems, addressing issues via a ticketing system.
- Maintain workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes.
- Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports, sharing insights with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
- Support ongoing system updates, releases, and enhancements.
Data Analysis & Collaboration:
- Perform data mapping, imports, and analysis for HR functions, including payroll and absence management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, etc.) to align systems and processes.
- Suggest and implement best practices for automation and workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS systems; Workday experience is required
- Bachelor's degree and HR System certifications.
- Proven track record in HR data management, system administration, and implementation projects.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and data analysis tools.
- Exemplary communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Self-motivated with a forward-thinking approach to learning and process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of People operations, HRIS workflows, and data integrity principles.
- Familiarity with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Must be able to come into the Boston office, 3x a week
