As a Director of Strategic Accounts, with a focus on AI Safety and Responsible AI, you will get to partner closely with our clients, some of the most interesting tech companies out there, work on one of the biggest challenges in online Safety today - ensure our clients LLMs are safe and aligned.
This is a hands-on role, requiring a can-do approach, subject matter expertise, great customer-facing skills, and a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in driving client retention and growth by understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution of account strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of account managers
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure success
- Be accountable for client retention and growth, taking a hands-on approach where necessary
- Expand our understanding of our clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactively identify new client needs and align them with our solutions
The salary range for this role is 200K-230K $ OTE - Range may vary based on experience
