1up Health is seeking an experienced Sr. Director, Business Development with deep healthcare experience to lead revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and alliances. This role will be responsible for building commercial partnerships, specifically within healthcare data interoperability space.
Demonstrated track record of success in driving measurable commercial outcomes and 10+ years of experience in healthcare is non-negotiatable.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement a strategy for commercial partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identify, evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities of new products, technologies, services, add-on product opportunities, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners across the Health technology ecosystem, negotiate partnership agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the commercial and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product extensions, channel sales opportunities or other non-standard revenue streams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation, partnership success, and overall business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes
What Were Looking For
- Proven track record of at least 10+ years in healthcare, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.
- Experience at or serving Payers strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of claims and EHR data, with the ability to communicate its value to clients.
- Strong experience in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets and build successful commercial partnerships within the big pharma industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and collaborate cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
